November is #NationalCaregiversMonth, a special time to thank caregivers for their selfless acts. It's a role that often falls to family members and requires a lot of emotional involvement and responsibility. At Independence Blue Cross, we know the responsibilities of caregiving can be hard, especially when a loved one comes home from a stay at the hospital and has a big change in their health. That’s why #IBX offers those caring for a Medicare Advantage member who was just discharged from the hospital with extra support from Carallel. They offer expert advice, as well as practical assistance, planning resources, and support groups.
