Think of AI as a new graduate starting at your company. When a grad starts, you don’t dig up all the files in your company’s history, drop them on their desk and say “once you’ve read all these, you can start doing your job”. Of course, as an employer you would never do this, because you understand your grad doesn’t need to read all of the company data, and most importantly they need “context”. ➡ What do these spreadsheets mean? ➡ Where do they come from? ➡ What am I supposed to do with them? ➡ What is the objective I am trying to achieve? ➡ When can I take my lunch break? Your AI-enabled assistant is no different - without the right context, it won’t be able to do what its instructed to do effectively. By giving your AI the right data and the necessary context, you will get much better results from your GPT or CoPilot. Struggling to get context into your AI tools? Reach out and I can help! #aireadiness #aistrategy #ai

We’re all concerned about some version of whether AI will take our jobs, but the truth is: AI won’t take your job — however, someone that knows how to use AI better than you, will. Tech roles are not disappearing, but they are evolving. To give less consideration to fearing AI, professionals should instead: ✅ Learning to be efficient with AI tools ✅ What AI-driven workflows look like in their particular industry ✅ Building human skills that AI can never match Just like Excel didn’t put accountants out of a job 10 years ago, it simply made the process faster. AI is the next wave. The real question is, are you adapting quickly enough? #DataEngineering #AIJobs #JobMarket #ArtificialIntelligence #Learning #CareerAdvice

Why AI/ML is not a career path for most people anymore? especially for college grad. After 5 years of intense development of AI/ML, many business had realized that business applications are more important than the technology itself. So if you want to have a job in this field, beside these algorithms, you need to understand what tools are being used for each line of business, like ads, healthcare, marketing.....beside the algorithms or tool-related knowledges you have to learn some business knowledges, like operations models and matrices. Common tools include datarobot, dataiku.... What do you think about this? #AI #ML #techdevelopment #techcareer #technology

Is AI good for you or not? . . . . The answer is yes—embrace it before it takes your job. In the last 48 hours, I’ve had 4 messages saying it’s nice to see I’ve posted something not using AI. The truth is: I didn’t post not using AI 😀 Was I an A* English student? No. Did I ace my GCSEs? Also no. But guess what? Some of the most successful people didn’t either. I use AI daily—whether for brainstorming, writing, or advice. I talk to it, feed it everything in my life, and ask for its perspective. Do I take its advice 100% of the time? No. But I treat it as a powerful resource to work smarter, not harder. If you’re fearful of AI, you’re missing the point. It’s a tool to amplify what you do, not replace your value. AI is here to stay, especially in industries like real estate. How are you using it to stay ahead? #SimonSays #EmbraceChange #FutureOfWork #AdaptAndThrive

I faced AI, and it was intimidating. I thought it would replace me. I feared it would outsmart me. I worried about my future. Now, I'm not afraid anymore because I learned its capabilities Adapted new tools Used AI to enhance my skills Collaborated with AI for better results But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. I encountered challenges along the way. Problem 1: Difficulty in understanding AI tools. Solution: I took online courses and tutorials. Problem 2: Integration issues with existing systems. Solution: I consulted experts and adapted my processes. Problem 3: Initial lack of confidence in using AI. Solution: I started with small projects and gradually scaled up. AI is here to stay. It's reshaping industries and careers. You can fear it or you can harness it. I chose the latter. I became more efficient. I became more productive. Thanks for reading my AI Generated story. (Just Kidding 😝 ) P.S. Let me know how you are using AI everyday

A question I’m asked all the time is “Will AI take my job?” The short answer is, it's up to you. I don't think AI will take your job. I think someone who knows how to use AI will take your job. Just as when you start a new role, you're not taught how to use email, Word or PowerPoint, people assume you already know how to use these tools. Going forward, if you're not up to speed with how to use the latest generative AI tools and techniques to get your job done and be more efficient, then you're going to be left behind. While some industries will be impacted by generative AI, if you stay digitally curious, if you start playing with these tools now and asking questions of others in your organisation to see how they're using these tools, you'll stay ahead, and you'll probably keep your job in the age of AI. I cover this topic under the “Curious about AI ...” section of my upcoming book “Digitally Curious” where I investigate the impact of AI in the workplace. Pre-order now by searching for “Digitally Curious book” or via the link in the comments below. #AI #work #job #skills #genAI #futurist #futureofwork #digitallycurious #ActionableFuturist

Use with Purpose, Not Blindly In a world where Artificial Intelligence tools are revolutionizing industries, I believe it’s important to pause and reflect on how we use them. I’m not saying, “Don’t use AI tools.” In fact, they are incredible innovations that simplify tasks, enhance productivity, and open up new possibilities. But what I am saying is: 👉 Don’t rely on them blindly. AI can assist, but it cannot replace critical thinking, creativity, or human judgment. Whether drafting a report, analyzing data, or brainstorming ideas, ensure your insights and expertise are the driving force. 👉 Understand their limitations. AI is only as good as the data it’s trained on. It can make errors or present bias. Using it responsibly means cross-checking and validating its outputs. 👉 Learn alongside AI. Instead of using AI to skip the learning process, leverage it to deepen your knowledge and skills. Let AI be your assistant, not your crutch. This is just my perspective as a CA student constantly exploring the potential of AI while staying grounded in core professional values. 💡 What’s your take on balancing AI’s benefits with responsible use? Let’s start a discussion in comment section.....! 👇 #AItools #EthicalAI #CriticalThinking #CAJourney #LearningWithAI

Hey connections👋, Excited to share that I have completed Al tool workshop in which I learnt the basic tools used in AI. An AI tool is a software application that uses artificial intelligence algorithms to perform specific tasks and solve problems. AI tools can be used in a variety of industries, from healthcare and finance to marketing and education, to automate tasks, analyze data, and improve decision-making. #AI #learning
