We shadowed our founder, Shronit Ladhani, for a day to give you a glimpse into his routine. 👀 The day started with a reflective MMM session, where Shronit led the team in self-reflection. He quickly checked in with his team, caught up on Slack messages, and tackled some backlog. ✅ In the afternoon, Shronit attended an ACT Capital event, joining a fireside chat with founders focused on social impact. 🌍 Back at the office, he jumped into meetings on new product features (something exciting is brewing, stay tuned 😉). By the end of the day, Shronit hopped onto some investor calls, connected with Gen AI founders, and wrapped up on some final dependencies. Oh, and lastly he sent us a voice note summarizing it all, which led to this post. 😛 #LeadershipInAction #BehindTheScenes #FounderLife #GenAI #ProductUpdates #StayTuned

SE Ventures at TechCrunch Disrupt! On Wednesday, we hosted the official Founder & Investor Breakfast at #Disrupt2024. We connected with 200+ new founders & investors and heard from 4 incredible founders innovating at the intersection of #AI #Climate and the #BuiltEnvironment: Will Greene of Banyan Infrastructure, Ivan Poupyrev, Dr. of Archetype AI, Sonia Kastner of Pano AI and Michael Bergin of Higharc. Here are a few of the big questions we explored on stage: ◾ What is the real opportunity in #ClimateTech? Is funding slowing down or is now the moment to break in? ◾ The journey from Series A to Series B takes 2.5x longer in 2024 than it did in 2021- what can founders do better to successfully cross this chasm? ◾ What aha moments fundamentally changed the game for our founders? And what nuggets of fundraising & go-to-market advice do they have for all the builders in the room? Keep your eye on our LinkedIn for insights on these topics from our speakers and more photos from the event. Thank you to everyone who joined us!

We all grew up listening to stories—they shape our beliefs, values, and drive change. In deep tech, building something new is only half the battle; the other half is telling a story that resonates with customers, buyers, and stakeholders. These are two different skillsets, but both are critical for success. If you're a #TechnicalFounder or if you know a founder that needs extra help, you won't want to miss this workshop during #SoCalDTW2024 hosted by Neev Efrat and Rahul Dhiman. 😉 RSVP here 👇 https://lu.ma/5bdg9pp4

I recently participated in the Pathways to Tech with Headstarter AI webinar. Specifically, I enjoyed listening to panelist Nabeel Alamgir🦄, the CEO of LunchBox who raised $100M in VC funding. From the stream, these are my takeaways: 🌐 Building trust within a team is crucial for successful collaboration and conflict resolution. 💰 Focus on a core pain point and go all out on the user Discovery side before you write a line of code. 🔍 Instead of coming up with a grand idea, look at your last 24 hours and find something that's easy to do for those types of users or customers. 💪 Rejection is necessary to find the right fit, whether it's a life partner, job, or investor.

The past year we have been thinking about, and tinkering with A.I. tools to understand the transformation ahead. It is clear to us that we're witnessing the dawn of the internet's third wave: the age of intelligent agents. Wave one - Aggregation. Wave two - Analytics. Wave three - Agents. In an agent world, code will take actions on behalf of humans, reducing the work previously handled by people. We shared our thoughts recently with our investors, and we would love to hear what you think, and what else we should write about! Thanks to Shwetak Patel from the Ubiquitous Computing Lab, and Nilo Dutta Roy of Microsoft for your inputs! Pack Ventures, Ti Zhao https://lnkd.in/gCxRJC7n
