We are thrilled to present our Annual Review of stories told about NHS Scotland services in 2023-24. The theme this year’s review is ‘Over a Decade of stories – Inspiring learning, growth and change’, where we celebrate the over 45,000 stories in total that have been shared by patients, service users, relatives, carers and friends on Care Opinion. Each of these stories have been gratefully received by services, with over 58,000 responses from staff, where they have shown how they are going to use this feedback to improve services for everyone. In this year’s review, we also do a deep dive in to the 9,405 stories shared in 2023-24. Thanks Carolyn. My wife regularly attends hospital appointments across a range of disciplines. She uses Care Opinion to give praise as well as where there is room for improvement. I would encourage others to do similar.
