Do you do quarterly planning in your business or organization? April kicked off the second quarter of the calendar year or the first quarter of the new fiscal year for many organizations. Quarterly planning is a helpful way to break down your annual goals and to track your progress. Here are some tips to get you started if this is new to you. 1. Review the last quarter’s activities. What went well? Where did you struggle? What needs to carry forward? 2. Map out your next 3-6 months. What are your priorites? Must do activities? Dates to be aware of? 3. Celebrate your progress. Little steps or big accomplishments, they all deserve to be recognized. Need help with your planning? Reach out and I’d be happy to discuss ways that I could support your needs.
