My co-founder Justin and I set out to build an AI call center in Q4 of last year after realizing that phone calls - for better or worse - are the best way for healthcare providers to verify patients' insurance coverage.
Together, we've spent the last 3 years building SaaS for healthcare providers, and the last 2 specifically focused on healthcare startups/founders. It's rare that a day goes by without my being completely blown away by the tenacity and passion of these people. Frankly, it's an honor to serve them.

Of course, there's still a lot of work to be done:

- We need to scale alongside our venture-backed clients while also building a GTM motion that works for traditional brick-and-mortar clinics
