If you have emailed me me recently, you may have noticed that I have an OOO auto reply. Not because I’m Out of Office but because I’m prioritizing a few important projects and I don’t need any distractions. It’s a way to prioritize my health and well-being. Live my best life 🎉 Because of my career as a visual practitioner, if you are thinking that I already have those skills, you are right. I do! AND Jennie Mustafa-Julock and Meredyth Mustafa-Julock have helped me hone these skills to a new level. I now do more, in less time, with the least amount of resistance and the most amount of fun. I’ve taken nearly everything they offer: read the book, the self-paced class, attend weekly power hours, gobbled up monthly drops, and attended two quarterly “No Matter What” events. With all that I have learned in my career about goal setting, productivity, and execution, this is by far the most effective. J&M are not woo, but somehow they attract us woo types (and tolerate us). They are funny, real, and as a process person, it took me months to figure out how they are doing it so I could do it in my own. Now that I do, I’d rather they guide me. I was keeping them my secret. But I think others deserve these superpowers too. ;) I hope you will check them out. You will thank me. My body certainly does. Thank you Brandy Agerbeck for introducing me to their work!

My spies tell me that I have developed a reputation for being a Very Nasty Man. Maybe my detractors are right. Maybe I am the most terrible person to have ever walked the Earth. My habit of hand writing letters to each and every one of my customers and clients (no matter how inexpensive their purchase) is certainly strong evidence of my bad character. The attached image shows one such letter of encouragement to a client who prefers to remain anonymous to kick off month two of our working relationship. I do wonder how many of the fine, upstanding people who label me all sorts of awful would bother to do the same... Enough of this. If you would like my assistance to get strong and in shape, here are your options: 1) DM me immediately to discuss your situation, 2) Use critical thinking to find my opt-in page, subscribe to my emails, and claim your bribe, 3) Do both.

There is so much power in celebrating your daughters’ efforts. Recognizing their hard work – not just their successes – can significantly boost their confidence. Here’s how you can do it: • Praise Specific Actions: Instead of just saying “great job,” try acknowledging the specific effort they put in. For example, “I loved how dedicated you were in practice this week!” This shows them that you see their hard work. • Create a “Wins” Board: Set up a space at home where you can post their achievements, big or small. It could be a drawing they’re proud of, a good grade, or simply finishing a challenging book! • Share Your Own Efforts: Talk to them about your own challenges and how you felt proud of your efforts, regardless of the outcome.
