For all the contact center trainers in my network, here is a very helpful article by CX expert and master trainer, Sangeeta Bhatnagar on "How to keep agents engaged during training!" She makes great points about how trainers can help their agents with: 1) Feeling isolated, if the agents are remote or hybrid, 2) Short attention spans. So, agents stay engaged during training, and 3) Helping agents deal with technology challenges.
