Are you a small firm and think you can manage it all ? Well, you’re wrong. Take a look at this 👇 The days of pen-and-paper accounting are over. Now, accounting software handles records, CRM systems manage client interactions, inventory software organizes stock, and social media drives marketing. Everything has evolved in today's business landscape—except the way you analyze your data. Sales, marketing, inventory, finance, operations—each is handled with advanced tools, yet data analysis often remains disconnected and outdated. This gap is holding you back. As Peter Drucker famously said, "What gets measured, gets managed." But measurement alone isn't enough. To stay ahead, you need analytics that connects the dots across all your operations. RCOR Intelliger bridges this divide, offering a unified BI & data analytics platform to connect and analyze data from every department in one place. Experience the difference with a free trial of RCOR Intelliger today. Discover what modern analytics can do for your business. ➡️ Over 70% of small businesses using data analytics see improvements in efficiency and profitability. ➡️ Small businesses that ignore analytics often struggle to stay competitive. ➡️ 65% of small businesses that fail within 5 years cite poor data management as a major issue. Don’t judge it before you try it. Contact: https://www.rcor.co/

It’s about all the things! I’ve talked to so many prospects over the years and in my experience, during the evaluation process, firms focus only on the big things. Often times, it’s assumed all the little things one solution might have are things all systems have. Unfortunately, it’s not until after a few months post implementation that users begin to realize they made too many assumptions. Over time, it’s all the little things that start eating away at their patience and make the everyday use of the system… annoying. Examples might be: -Little to no flexibility in terms of automating assignments, workflows, rules, notifications. -No integrations with any other platforms. What?! -No ability to drill into details directly from reports. -No way to set thresholds to ignore data that’s not meaningful or flag data that is. -Workflows look easy but are actually hard. Lots of typing, searching for reports, emailing reports to person A who then sends it to person B who then finally sends it to accounting. -Can’t function on a Mac. What?! -No guardrails in place to stop errors. “Wait, the system knows Patty only has 6 hours of PTO, why was she allowed to record 40?” -Data just sits there. It doesn’t talk to other areas. “Wait, the system knows where we are on the project, why do I have to input the same data again during billing?” -Customizations are hard. Unless you are a programmer. The list goes on and on. It’s all the things that matter, big and little. Please don’t underestimate the cumulative power the little things can have. Software is expensive, implementations take time, staff has to get trained - it can be a lot. Take your time and invest in a company that’s invested in you. What do you wish you would’ve known about the software you purchased before buying?
