If you want to raise profits in the Spanish online gambling market, Here's the information you cannot miss: The market saw an 11.2% increase in GGR in the first quarter of 2024, reaching €350.7 million. Betting, especially pre-match betting, is a major growth area. Casino segments, like slots and live roulette, are also performing well. The most interesting statistics are a 15.2% rise in new accounts and higher player engagement. I'd say it's a sign to add more popular content, like instant games and live events, to casinos. Focus on these high-growth areas. Have you noticed any positive surges in other markets? #turbostars #turboplatform #turbogames #turbosportsbook #igamingsolutions #instantgames

I'm absolutely top-to-toe thrilled that 18 months after starting with CasinoReviews.com, the service just been approved by the Gambling Commission to act as an ADR for UKGC licensees. I'd like to express my thanks to the team at the UKGC, but perhaps not for the reasons you might think. Yes, it's great to receive the approval after putting so much work into meeting the neccessary standards. That's extremely validating and rewarding. But what I've been pleased with throughout the process is the robustness of the Gambling Commission's process. The application process was long and detailed. The GC really challenged us to evidence a host of things, including: - How our ADR model compares to the standard direct fee model used by other ADR services. - Can we demonstrate that the commercial aspects of running an affiliate-based complaint service will not undermine the impartiality of the ADR service. - How do we emsire that our ADR Officials are remunerated in a manner that facilitates them providing rulings free from improper influence. - How we ringfence our complaints team from other departments to prevent other aspects of the business having undue influence on the rulings we make. - How we ensure that we can meet the response times required by the UKGC. - How our inquisitorial approach to complaint management (where we lead the discussion and prompt the parties to provide appropriate evidence) can be conducted in a manner that is impartial and balanced with respect to both parties. The process was time-consuming. It was frustrating. So why would I feel grateful to the UKGC for this approach? Because robust oversight of ADRs is essential to ensure that the system delivers high-quality results. The core nature of the ADR system, where several organisations are given responsibility for overseeing complaints for the sector, means that it is more challenging to deliver consistency and quality. Without a regulator that shows a focused interest in overseeing the standards and approaches of the ADRs approved to act within the market, the quality of rulings delivered by the different ADRs will diverge. That would substantially undermine consumer confidence in the market. So, whilst the application process may have been challenging, in my mind the hard work equates to the value of the approval. And it evidences that high standards that are being demanded of UK ADRs. If your team would like to discuss the FREE ADR service that we can now provide for UKGC licensees, get in contact with me here. I'm also available at SBC Lisbon in a couple of weeks and will be happy to answer any questions your team may have.
