Tomorrow (10th Oct) is World Mental Health Day! 🌍💚 This year’s theme, 'Mental Health at Work' is especially important as we recognise the significant impact our workplaces have on our well-being. We have a growing number of Mental Health First Aiders on our team, ready to provide confidential support and guidance to anyone who needs it. We're also excited to announce that we'll be expanding our Mental Health First Aid training program in the coming months. Our goal is to equip more of our team members with the skills and knowledge to support each other and promote positive mental health, both at our Head Office and out on our active sites. Let's break down the stigma surrounding mental health and create a workplace where everyone feels safe to seek help and support.
