This is what I can do that is relevant to what you need 👆🏻👆🏻 That’s what your CV should be telling a recruiter or hiring manager. The message should be loud, clear, and not cluttered by all the “and also I’m pretty nifty at this” or “I once did this which isn’t relevant to what you need but I’m damn proud of it so it’s going in there anyway” Far too often a great candidate will dilute the message by adding in everything they’ve ever done on their CV So before you apply for that next role, take out anything that isn’t showing what you can do that’s relevant to this particular job
