This week we celebrated Diwali, the Hindu festival of lights, at our office in Oslo 🎇
With offices in four countries and an Indian-Norwegian CEO, we aim to bring a blend of traditions into our company culture, creating a workplace with diverse celebrations. Swedish fika, Norwegian julebord and Indian Diwali are some of them 🙌
Happy Diwali! 🪔✨

Ever noticed how the world is seeking what we've always celebrated?
Diwali. It's not just about lights and sweets.
It's about homes opening their doors, streets coming alive with shared joy and the comfort of knowing you belong.
Think about it - every time we shop for new clothes together, every moment we share sweets, every instant we light fireworks and run far and away with squeals of delight - we're not just celebrating.
We’re practicing something the west is at risk of losing: the art of human connection.
Our festivals create effortlessly what modern therapy places on such high pedestal - connection, community, and a sense of continuity.
Every few weeks, India gives us a reason to:
✓Pause our daily rush
✓Reconnect with family
✓Feel part of something bigger
✓Practice gratitude
✓Create memories that bind us together.
In a world where belonging is slowly becoming a luxury, festivals like Diwali reminds us of a fundamental truth: mental well-being was never meant to be a solitary pursuit.
It can be only amplified through the joy we share, the traditions we keep, and the communities we nurture.
And to live in a country where this connection isn’t a scheduled appointment or limited to an app but a way of life?
Now that's something worth celebrating, isn't it?
Happy Diwali🪔

Happy Diwali to All Who Celebrate!!
As Diwali fills homes with lights and colours, it’s a beautiful reminder of the triumph of light over darkness, a theme that resonates deeply beyond the celebration itself.
In life, and particularly in the work of mindset, this theme serves as a powerful metaphor. Light represents clarity, purpose, and growth, while darkness often stands for the doubts, fears, and limiting beliefs that can hold us back.
Just as Diwali’s divas and fireworks illuminate the night, each of us has the ability to find light within, no matter how challenging our circumstances.
In my work, I’ve seen time and again that a simple shift in mindset can bring us closer to our goals, help us navigate tough times, and ultimately guide us toward a brighter version of ourselves. It’s not always easy, but it’s always possible.
So as you celebrate this Diwali, may you invite more light into your life, more hope, more kindness, more strength.
Wishing everyone celebrating a Diwali filled with love, laughter, and lasting joy.
And to all my network, may you find light in every corner of your life, today and always.

💡 Celebrating the Spirit of Diwali in Everyday Moments 💡
As Diwali nears, I find myself thinking about the essence of this festival: finding light in every moment. Beyond the festivities, it's a reminder to embrace growth, optimism, and resilience in both personal and professional life.
Here’s how I’m keeping that Diwali spirit alive daily:
✨ Small Wins, Big Impact: Recognizing and celebrating every accomplishment—no matter how small—keeps momentum strong.
✨ Spreading Positivity: A simple "thank you" or acknowledging a colleague's effort can make a huge difference in the work environment.
✨ Building a Growth Mindset: Diwali symbolizes new beginnings, which is a reminder to stay open to learning and evolving.
May we all find light and purpose, not just in these festive days but throughout the year!

The Festival of Lights: Happy Diwali 🪔
Diwali is the celebration of the triumph of light over darkness, good over evil, and knowledge over ignorance. It symbolizes the victory of Lord Rama after a 14-year exile when he returned to Ayodhya.
Lessons from Diwali:
> Perseverance: Challenges can be won over and we can become stronger as Rama.
> Courage: What is right should be asserted even when things are very tough, as taught during Diwali.
> Self-reflection: Let us take up Diwali as a time to introspect ourselves, get rid of any negativity, and renew.
> Gratitude: Be thankful for light in your life. Maybe it is family, friends, or personal achievements.
> Teamwork: Rama's victory was possible only with the help of his loved ones and allies, thus the need for teamwork.
> How can we apply these lessons in our professional lives?
1. Be resilient and determined to face challenges.
2. Stand up for your ideas and values.
3. Reflect on your strengths and weaknesses.
4. Thank your colleagues and mentors.
5. Cultivate collaborative relationships.
Wishing you a Happy Diwali! 🪔
Wishing that this festivity season may light up your road to success and fill life with joy, prosperity, and knowledge.

Celebrating Diwali today
The festival of lights never fails to stir a sense of warmth and reflection within me.
Here are 5 things I learned in these festive days:
1. Family moments are priceless. The laughter and togetherness surpass any gift.
2. Simplicity can outshine sophistication. Sometimes, the smallest gesture fills the heart.
3. New beginnings are constant. Diwali marks a fresh chapter, and change is always around the corner.
4. Sharing multiplies joy. Even a small token of love builds stronger connections.
5. Gratitude transforms perception. Acknowledging what we have can shift an entire mindset.
Happy Diwali

It’s a chance to step away from work, reconnect, and create balance in every area of life. ✨
1. Strengthen Family Bonds: Taking time for traditions with family allows us to be fully present, deepening our connections and creating cherished memories together.
2. Ease Mental Stress: Engaging in Diwali rituals provides a refreshing break from daily pressures, helping to release mental stress and find relaxation.
3. Manifest Abundance: With each Diwali tradition, we set powerful intentions that invite prosperity and align us with the energy of abundance.
