Last week's posts covered 'the basics' of the menopause transition &, as promised, this week I'm taking a closer look at perimenopause: a phenomenon that the majority of us had never heard of until a handful of years ago. Perimenopause is the phase from starting to experience symptoms, all the way up to the 12 month anniversary of your last period. From that point on, you are considered to be postmenopausal. #WMD2024
