People who know me from my 10+ years working with online learning ask what is different with Change by Degrees when they learn about the great outcomes our customers enjoy like: 🔥 53% take direct action on what they learn 🔥 92% want to learn more after a programme 🔥 42 percentage points drop in lack of skills being reason for inaction Here's my one sentence reply: All our work puts the focus on being practical and hands-on to enable action from the new skills and the confidence that comes with that. That first reply is often followed by: 🎓 Our view is that a course completion badge or a ticked box in a report that a person has been on a course is a great start but of zero value until that knowledge is converted into action. 🤝 The need for a human approach that recognises that learning and changing is hard but the outcomes are infinitely positive. 💪 When it comes to sustainability, we cut through the doom and gloom and help people find their role and agency for what they can control to be part of the solution. Yeah, but what does that really look like? 🏆 First the obvious: Each customer situation is unique and we tailor a solution for each customer based on our courses, expertise and support. 🏆 Our courses have tools for action, live sessions with true experts, quizzes, and surveys all used to provide insights back to our customers to keep iterating and celebrating the skills built and the impact they have. 🏆 Best in class customer support to help enable the roll-out and change management any upskilling project requires to be successful. One strong common theme across customers is the impact from the Sustainability 101 course. Having a shared foundational knowledge in an organisation increases the chances for making sustainability part of the core strategy. In our view, sustainability is a constant journey to upskill, reskill, and refine lessons learned and actions to be taken.
