Be put on executives, put on the uniform, we put on a uniform, we wrap our hair back, we put a hat on and we go do restaurant visits often and we'll stand there while people give out values cards and our team members, even 30 days in, know our values. Constant curiosity, generosity first, always collective ambition, passion for positivity, you name it. They are ingrained because it becomes a behavior. It is something we do from the very beginning. We recognize them and talk about often. Our mission, values and competencies. It's important to us, but it's also part of other programs like our partners and service program.
