There are a multitude of myths your organization may encounter. However, you can overcome them. Here's how! 📣Myth 1: No complaints means everything is okay. There are always new competitors for your clients to consider. Engage and nurture your existing customers. 📣Myth 2: Case studies only appeal to new clients. Case studies also remind existing clients of your unique value. Remind your clients of what you've accomplished! 📣Myth 3: When you lose a client, you can't win them back. Decide if it's worth it to re-engage with a former client. If it is, fulfill your promise to resolve past issues. 📣Myth 4: All clients are created equal. What your client wants from their relationship with you can't be easily predicted without asking! Surveys are an example of a great way to learn about client needs. 📣Myth 5: You should avoid negative feedback. It's critical to absorb negative feedback and respond before it escalates.
