Amazingly, it’s already one week from our launch of Omni™. And the feedback, response and reaction has been both energising and rewarding. Have you ever heard of the HBDI Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument? It's an incredible tool for measuring and understanding people's thinking preferences. This month, I had the privilege of attending an HBDI workshop at Bühler Group Headquarters at Uzwil, Switzerland and completing the assessment. The highlight? An insightful debrief with HBDI Guru Theresa Keil, who guided me through my results. And wow—what an experience! 🙌 The process gave me a profound understanding of how my brain works, highlighting my thinking preferences, uncovering areas for growth, and even revealing strengths I didn’t realize I had. The insights from HBDI are already reshaping how I approach decision-making, collaboration, and problem-solving. Here’s why this was such a game-changer: 1) Improved Self-Awareness: Recognizing my thinking styles and how they influence my actions. 2) Better Collaboration: Understanding diverse preferences to connect more effectively with my team. 3) Limitless Possibilities: Realizing that my perception of who I am should never limit me. A huge thank you to Theresa Keil, Marcello Fabbroni, Richard Vonlanthen, and the entire team for organizing this transformative workshop. Your efforts truly made a difference! Special shoutout to AMITH S KUMAR, Tridev G, Clément ZEMERLI, and Eleonora Giovannini—it was inspiring to learn and grow together. This week, the evaluation of events submitted to the world's largest #competition Eventex is taking place. A competition in which I have the honor to be on the jury, together with the #best #experts from all over the world. While I am not allowed to reveal either the categories or the works that I judge in the jury, many people ask me what I expect from the applicants. Here it is, very simply: 🔘 A surprise. Regardless of whether the project is small or large, it must be able to surprise with creativity, non-standard solutions or presenting classics in an innovative manner. So that I myself want to exclaim: "Why didn't this idea occur to me?!" 🔘 A meaningfulness. Even if significant changes in attitude, behavior, and understanding of society do not occur immediately after one event, we must work so that the works we create provide added value, promoting positive changes in the long term. So that I also see the sense in the tools used, where they help to flesh out the idea, rather than being put in just because it's 'trendy'. 🔘 The breath of the world. I want even in local scale projects to feel the relevance of the world, issues that appeal to different target audiences, the ability to live with the times, even ahead of them. 🔘 Emotions. An event without emotions is like a person without a soul. We work in the most volatile and at the same time the most stable industry. We can work on one project for four years, then dismantle it overnight, and everything is gone. On the other hand, if we have been able to create true emotions, some may even remember them for the rest of their lives. So no matter what we think, people will forget what's said, they'll forget what's done, but they'll never forget how you made them feel.
