Start new financial year positively Things will get better

The USA Olympic basketball teams demonstrate what the make up of a high functioning work team looks like. A group of individual contributors who are really good at what they do, without too much overlap. A selflessness to help elevate each other, but ready to execute when called upon. A leader that can take the blame for the team, while finding ways to help the team execute more efficiently. Time to develop as a team and a trust in the process to get there.

Today, we honor and celebrate the guiding lights in our lives – our mothers, teachers, and gurus. Their wisdom, encouragement, and support have shaped our paths and inspired us to achieve our best. Having a positive attitude in any situation makes a difference and the game changer. Always look for positivity in all situations: Notice good things as they happen. Train your mind to believe you can make good things happen in your life. Don't blame yourself when things go wrong. When something good happens, give yourself credit. Remind yourself that setbacks are temporary.

Have you ever considered that moving could be one of the best ways to grow? Recently, a colleague shared this insight with me and it really resonated. As someone who has worked with a major manufacturer before, he knows firsthand the benefits of stepping out of your comfort zone. Through our conversation, I realized that consistently communicating your goals and seeking feedback from teammates and those in leadership positions can lead to amazing opportunities. It's how I was able to make the move across the country with my family and experience immense personal and professional growth. I'm grateful for the support of my colleagues and network, who have coached and developed me throughout this journey. Stepping out of our comfort zones can be intimidating because it involves venturing into the unknown and relinquishing control. It's natural to feel uncertain and apprehensive about what lies ahead. However, it's important to remember that growth and positive experiences often occur outside of our comfort zones. So, while it's natural to feel apprehensive, remember that something good can indeed come out of venturing into the unknown. Embrace the uncertainty and trust in your ability to adapt and thrive. You may surprise yourself with the amazing things you can achieve.

Valuing the moments shared with those who have nurtured us is essential for fostering profound connections and creating enduring memories. Families can enhance these relationships by prioritizing quality time spent together, whether through regular family dinners, engaging game nights, or casual conversations that promote laughter and connection. Sharing stories from the past enriches these experiences, enabling all members to gain insights into their family’s history and the invaluable lessons that have shaped their lives. Establishing or maintaining family traditions—such as holiday celebrations, annual trips, or cherished recipes—instills a sense of continuity and belonging. Additionally, creating a memory book filled with photographs and treasured mementos serves as a tangible reminder of shared experiences. Embracing new adventures, such as experimenting with unfamiliar recipes or exploring new destinations, can also strengthen relationships. Volunteering as a family reinforces shared values and a collective sense of purpose. But it's in moments of mindfulness and reflection that we truly cultivate gratitude and appreciation for one another. Celebrating milestones, ranging from birthdays to personal achievements, as well as embarking on journeys together—whether through short trips or weekend getaways—transforms ordinary days into extraordinary memories. By intentionally nurturing and savoring these moments, families can construct a rich tapestry of treasured memories that will endure for generations.

I tend to agree, it seems the norm, I mean really after the 300th email, I am really not it to shit you are flogging….. When are companies going get this? If you are not getting engagement in the first 3 emails then you have 3 problems to solve immediately. One- Your are not solving the problem Two - Your message is not good enough Three - You got your target audience wrong How do you resolve this issue?
