💭 Creating Smart Locker Solutions to Address Industry-Specific Challenge In today's fast-evolving landscape, every industry faces distinct challenges in balancing efficiency, security, and customer expectations. The future of logistics and asset management requires more than one-size-fits-all solutions. It calls for innovation tailored to meet the nuanced demands of various sectors. 🔵 Take last-mile delivery, for example. With the rise of e-commerce, Parcel Lockers are not just a convenience—they’re becoming critical infrastructure. By optimizing delivery routes, reducing emissions, and ensuring on-time delivery, they are reshaping the logistics industry and setting new standards for consumer expectations. 🔵 In construction, where delays are costly, we need to ensure that materials are available when and where they’re needed, minimizing downtime and transforming project timelines. 🔵 In retail, Click & Collect Lockers bridge the gap between online and in-store experiences, allowing 24/7 pickup and offering retailers the opportunity to redefine customer engagement and operational efficiency. 🔵 For businesses managing high-value assets, secure Asset Management Lockers safeguard essential tools and equipment, streamlining inventory control and reducing losses in ways that go beyond traditional security solutions. 🔵 Meanwhile, Smart Store Lockers turn storage spaces into fully automated hubs, ensuring that products are not only secure but always available—pushing the boundaries of customer convenience and operational efficiency. At Qlocx, we don’t just respond to these trends—we help shape them. Our solutions are designed to anticipate the future needs of industries, ensuring businesses can remain agile, efficient, and secure. The future of logistics and asset management is here, and it’s tailored for your specific demands. 🫵 #SmartLockers #LastMile #ClickAndCollect #Innovation #Logistics #AssetManagement #RetailTech #ConstructionSolutions #Qlocx

A tier 1 North American grocer has officially partnered with 90 MSEK to bring electronic labels to 50 stores. Electronic store labels are a major step forward for retailers. Being able to centrally manage labels has numerous benefits: ✔ cut down on man hours - a click of a button can update numerous labels, instead of having numerous store employees change labels across a network ✔ cut down on wasted materials - printed labels need to be constantly reprinted and tossed. Going digital eliminates this waste. ✔ cut down on wasted product - are goods about to expire? Update the labels centrally and mark them down to get them off the shelves before they turn to waste. Check out the full writeup on the partnership from Retail Technology Innovation Hub.

Rising supply chain prices, rising customer expectations, rising energy costs, rising parcel volumes should be met with changing processes and innovation by the players that can. Retailers not thinking about microfulfilment, automation, combining the last mile of food & non-food, thinking about return services, monetising their land and taking advantage of parcel locker technology are missing a trick. Very timely article from Supplychaindive hits a lot of the key ideas using examples from the big US retailers. Great discussion driver!
