If you find plain water boring, try adding a slice of lemon or cucumber for a refreshing twist. Proper hydration helps maintain healthy skin, supports digestion, and keeps your kidneys functioning well. Hydration is critical for your body to adequately cool itself in hot, humid weather. Keep a close eye on kids who are in prolonged heat to ensure they hydrate adequately too.
