The hot course of the birth of perfume bottle The birth of the perfume bottle is a precise dance with temperature, a symphony of technology. Walking into the factory, a large automated furnace comes into view. At temperatures approaching 1500°C, the opening time of the feed port is precisely calculated and computer-controlled to ensure a good mix of raw materials with no heat loss. Quartz sand, soda ash and limestone melt into glassy magma, which is the origin of perfume bottles. Then the robotic arm will take over. They inserted tubes into the furnace to absorb liquid glass at temperatures above 1,000 °C. With millisecond accuracy, they move it onto the mold. Given the rapid cooling properties of glass, the molding process is quick when compressed air shapes it into a bottle prototype. The semi-formed perfume bottle enters the cooling zone. There, a smart system regulates the temperature and ensures a proper cooling rate to prevent cracks. Finally, the finished bottle arrives at the filling shop. Appropriate process parameters are used to ensure that the film does not bleed through the nonwoven. The composite can then be laminated onto any substrate. Back coating of fabrics and imitation leather. Fabrics and artificial leathers can be equipped with a stable film backing either by direct extrusion or lamination. The film provides the textile with stability and prevents damage or penetration through the textile or artificial leather during subsequent process steps (such as backfoaming). Headliner wrapping / Convertible roofs: Special, hydrolysis-resistant hot-melt adhesive films are another area of expertise at Alfapac. When bonding headliner fabric, the hotmelt adhesive optimally penetrates the fabric structure, resulting in excellent anchoring of the two fabric layers. When subjected to mechanical stress and constant buckling, the strength of the hot-melt adhesive film remains unaffected.
