According to a Velocify survey, conversions are 391% higher if you reply within 1 minute. They drop to 36% if you leave it for an hour, And 17% if you leave it for a day. Every moment that passes between that initial inquiry and your response, their interest starts to wane. Do I really need this? Maybe I’ll sleep on it. I wonder if I could get it somewhere else? When it comes to new customer acquisition, word-of-mouth still rules the day. In my experience, conversion rates have been 2-3x higher than all other channels. 📈 If a prospect hears about my solution from someone they trust, that person has done most of the “selling” for me. In today’s ultra-noisy world, I think sales teams, businesses, brands, you name it, should double down on the network and referral lead source. An authentic recommendation. Nothing beats it. 🔥
