Tech can provide powerful automation but it should support not replace the people lead interactions that are key to real estate. 2. Reliable connectivity is an essential utility. To paraphrase Tom Almas "If the water is off they will still come to your building, if the lights are off they will come to your building, but if your connectivity is down they won't be turning up!"

Reinforce the connections and friendships you built, and use this opportunity to inspire others to attend future Dreamin’ events. Personally, I’ve marked and booked events in my calendar after seeing incredible pictures. The magic in the room gave me a moment of, "I wish I could’ve been there." Another important reason is that not everyone can afford to attend these events. Even if the event is free, the logistics of getting there can be pricey and out of budget.
