Do you think other chapters have also experienced this, but not reported it?

This is such an awesome topic!
Good Afternoon! Thank you for holding this space! Q: As a new founder, what is a gem I can learn to incorporate to ensure grassroot funding on a macro level as well as secure unrestricted funds?
Hello! I am curious as to your thoughts on these questions-- How do nonprofit staff leaders navigate exiting board members? And how do we get the board leaders to take ownership of exiting ineffective board members?
This was great conversation. I saw in the replay. 😊

2wOur board members started sending emails to all our board members with critiques and/or proposals rather than dealing with them on a one on one basis or at the commttee level first. I've taken the position to work thru the commttee chairs or exec committee to get the issues on he board agenda and no via emails.
