I believe training in philosophy (my background too) is useful and makes you seek the truth by reducing any argument to its simplest propositions. Often complexity hides contradictions and layers of untested, although commonly held, assumptions. Getting to the truth helps you create strategies founded in reality and the simpler it is the more likely you'll have success when executing.

In each moment of our lives, we are faced with a choice: to view the world through a lens of positivity or negativity. It is all too easy to succumb to negative thoughts, especially in difficult times, but the truth is that the quality of our lives is determined by the quality of our thoughts. When we choose positivity, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities and opportunities. We begin to see the good in others and in ourselves, and we become more resilient in the face of adversity. It is not always easy, but the simple act of choosing positivity can transform our lives in ways we never thought possible. So let us make that choice each and every day, and watch as our lives become filled with joy, abundance, and fulfillment. A quote that has transformed my thinking is the idea of the "Empty Chair", from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.... He explains that he and his team always leave an empty chair in rooms to signify the customer. The thought is: "If what we are doing is not benefiting the consumer, what is the point?" Why is this important? At the end of the day, we do this work for the PEOPLE. It is so important to remember that having a human-centric approach invites us to walk in empathy and focus on the needs of the individual so that we can provide them with the best experience.
