🚗📱 Revolutionizing In-Car Entertainment   I am proud to share the work we’ve done at the Center of Automotive Management (CAM) in collaboration with DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga. Together, we have explored the future of In-Car Entertainment (ICE) and how emerging technologies like electromobility and automated driving are reshaping the way we experience media on the go.   Our study has identified five critical factors for the evolution of ICE:   🎧Customizability: The ability to tailor the in-car entertainment experience to individual preferences, ensuring every driver and passenger can enjoy content that resonates with them. ⏱️Contextuality: Creating entertainment that adapts to the specific driving environment — whether you're stuck in traffic, parked, or on a long road trip — offering the right content at the right time. 🖱️Interactivity: Empowering users to engage with the content actively, whether it's controlling the match replays or interacting with personalized data about their favorite teams. 🔔Proactivity: Delivering content based on anticipated needs, like automatic updates on live scores or upcoming match schedules, even before you ask for it. ⚡Dimensionality: Enhancing the experience by integrating immersive elements, such as synchronized lighting, sound, and interactive features, making the in-car environment feel alive with the action.   The "Bundesliga In-Car Stadium" brings the excitement of live football to your vehicle with cutting-edge features. Here are the key innovations:   🚗 Live Football on the Go: Experience the thrill of Bundesliga matches while traveling. 💡 Synchronized Lighting: Lighting in your car adjusts to match the intensity of the game. 🎶 Immersive Audio: Real-time stadium sound for a truly authentic match atmosphere. 🤖 AI-Generated Highlights: Instant match highlights powered by AI, so you never miss a key moment. 🏆 Seamless Integration: A fully connected system that delivers a personalized and engaging football experience. 🔑 A significant milestone of this project has been the pilot case with BMW, where select vehicles have been offering Bundesliga content since over a year   🚀 By 2030, we anticipate that 31% of connected cars will feature immersive ICE, transforming how we experience entertainment while driving.   📹 Watch the video below for an exclusive look at the Supercup 2024 between Bayer 04 Leverkusen and VfB Stuttgart.
