"Now That The Box Spring Is Done, We'll Move On To The Mattress. And Much Like The Box Spring, It's Exactly The Same. Sometimes With Mattresses, They Are A Little Bit Flimsy, So You Don't Wanna Wrap 'em Too Tight. That'll Kind Of Make The Bed Canoe Or Turn Into A Taco. Then It's Super Difficult To Transport. So What He's Doing Is He's Keeping The Shrink Tight Enough To Where It, It's Sticking To Itself And Sticking To The Mattress, But Not So Tight As To Pull The Ends In. Then As He Gets Lower And Lower, We'll Do The Same Thing And Flip It Ready. A Super Important Thing That Adrian Is Doing Is He's Making Sure That There's No Gaps In The Shrink Wrap On The Tops Or The Bottoms 'cause This Is The Side Or The, The Sides Are Typically The Size That'll Be On The Ground In The Truck. And Once That's Done, Get The Mattress In The Box Spring, Move It Over To The Far Wall. Typically We Try To Put It In Front Of A Window. That Way It Adds Just A Little Bit Of Extra Protection To The Window. And Once Your Beds Are Done, This Allows Us To Have A Lot More Room In Here. As You Can See, Now, We Can Kind Of Move On To Wrapping Things Such As The, The Nightstand Or The Dresser."

As know the difference between flat and fitted sheets, you need to make sure you’re choosing the right one to suit your bed.
For fitted sheets, make sure to pick the size that matches your mattress – like a double fitted sheet for a double bed. Also, consider the mattress height and if you're using a topper, you might need deep fitted sheets.
With flat sheets, you have more flexibility. You can use a bigger size if you want more coverage or have a thicker mattress.
It’s so hot right now … so hot 🥵. My car is like an oven! If you are thinking of tuning your windows, consider ceramic tint because it really does keep your car cooler.
Some more tips to stay cool:
1️⃣ Park your car in the shade, but make sure it's in a safe location where you can quickly drive away if needed.
2️⃣ Use a good sunshade on your car to keep the interior cool. Also, comment below if you have any experience with ceramic tint - I’d love to know how it works.
3️⃣ Drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and refreshed. I put 4 bottles (2 frozen) in my little cooler and wrap the cooler in a towel to help it hold in the cold.
Remember, taking care of yourself is just as important as taking care of your patients.
Stay cool and stay safe out there! 🥰❤️

#bedbugcontrol To avoid bed bugs, you can:
Use a mattress cover: Mattresses are a common place for bed bugs to live, so a mattress cover is a good way to prevent them.
Avoid clutter: Keep your bedroom clean and free of clutter, especially clothing, where bed bugs can hide.
