Friendly Reminder for SDRs and AEs — This week is prime time for follow-ups. Think about it: ✅ Everyone is wrapping things up before the holiday ✅ Inbox traffic is lighter (i.e., your email might actually get a solid response) ✅ A day off means that people are in better moods Here’s the play: -> Send thoughtful follow-ups -> Make the calls -> Be the one who stands out before they log off Because while the competition is waiting for December, you can be stacking meetings and getting ahead. Bonus tip: Lead with gratitude—it’s the season for it. Happy Thanksgiving ✌ 🦜

You Need a Rudolph to See Through the Data Fog On Christmas Eve, as we imagine Santa guiding his sleigh through the night, one lesson stands out: even the best plans—whether it’s delivering presents or making decisions—can’t succeed without clarity. And sometimes, clarity comes from the most unexpected places. Enter Rudolph. His glowing red nose wasn’t just a quirk; it was the light Santa needed to cut through the fog and find his way. Data is no different. We can have all the charts, numbers, and tools in the world, but without a guiding “Rudolph” to illuminate what matters most, we risk getting lost in the haze. In schools, businesses, or life, that Rudolph might be: • The question no one else thought to ask. • The story hidden in the numbers that shifts your perspective. • The person who dares to interpret the data differently. As we head into 2025, let’s not just gather data for the sake of it. Let’s find our Rudolphs—the tools, insights, and people that help us see through the fog and make decisions that truly light the way forward. Merry Christmas Eve, and here’s to brighter insights in the year ahead!

Looking back on memories, I noticed that over the last two years, I’ve shared posts on this day expressing gratitude for our customer count and celebrating our growth. With Thanksgiving around the corner, I’m reflecting on what I’m truly thankful for this year. First and foremost, I’m thankful for a wonderful God who has blessed me beyond measure with health, strength, wisdom, and drive. I’m deeply grateful for my wife, Contea, who has stood by my side through thick and thin (and consistently thin). She’s been my rock and my biggest supporter every step of the way. I’m also thankful for my parents, family, and close friends who have supported me throughout this journey. To our customers: I’m thankful for your trust—not only in me but in the team of people I trust to keep your homes and businesses #pestfree. Your support provides not just a living for my family but also for five other local families. And to my employees: I’m so thankful for each of you. Your hard work and dedication have been instrumental, especially over the last few weeks as we navigate our merger with Swat Team Pest Control. The growth over the last few years has been incredible! Pictured below is the growth of our customer base. What’s not pictured is the growth of our team. In 2022, we had just 2 team members. In 2023, we still had 2 (though we lost one just before Thanksgiving that year), with Sara being the one constant through it all. Now, in 2024, we’re a team of 6! Not only did we double in size—we tripled! I’m so thankful, so blessed, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds. #Growth #Gratitude #Thankful #Blessed #supportlocalbusiness #TailorMadePestControl #CommunitySupport #supportlocal

Welcome to December—The month where the reality of everything we’ve done (or didn’t do) throughout the year hits hard! But here’s a reminder: whichever spot you find yourself in right now isn’t the end of the road. As long as there’s life, there’s hope. You still have 29 days to make progress before the year ends. So, instead of spending December in regret over what could have been, why not: - Reflect on your journey so far. - Restructure your plans for the coming year. - Maximize the remaining 29 days to make them count. Regrets lead to emotional breakdowns—but gratitude brings peace. This December, choose to reflect and restrategize, not regret. And remember: even the goals you haven’t achieved yet are still within reach. Don’t give up on them. Celebrate your small wins, stay grateful, and keep working toward the bigger ones. Live your December in gratitude! Happy New Month, Winners 💪💪 P.S: How was your weekend?

Proposal Warriors: Thanksgiving May Wait, But Deadlines Don’t! It’s Hump Day, and while the holidays are calling, the RFPs are piling up! 🍂 Deadlines don’t care about Thanksgiving plans, but neither do we when it comes to delivering results. Fueled by coffee and determination, we’re powering through the midweek grind—because proposals don’t write themselves. The finish line (and the pumpkin pie) is in sight, but first, we conquer the pile. Here’s to all the proposal warriors turning chaos into success, one response at a time. Let’s finish strong! 💼☕ #ProposalLife #HumpDay #ThanksgivingReady

Today marks day 100 of 2024. If that blew your mind, welcome to the party. How does time move so fast?! I feel like December was yesterday! Time is a construct, but, it can be a helpful reminder to allow these "milestone" dates help us to pause and reflect rather than getting bogged down in the day to day. So as you reflect on how this year is going, here are some questions that I like to use (take what works, trash what doesn't!) -> How am I feeling about this year so far? What's been good? What's been difficult? What have I learned? -> What do I want more of for the rest of this year? How can I honor that desire and actually make space for that? -> How can I release any judgement on how much I've (not) done this year. The goals I didn't meet, the habits I didn't form, the moves I didn't make yet. How can I recognize that I've done very well under the constraints and reality of life. Feel those feels - and let them guide you to make these next 100 days what you want! (And if you're interested in some accountability in that space... check out 100 Days, my online course that'll help you get the shit done... or, reach out to set up a discovery call!) Cheers to the next 100 friends!

We have all been through challenges this year… That is usually how life is. There is always some good and some bad going on. However, it is important to focus on the good. As we get ready for Thanksgiving, I wanted to focus on my thanks for all those good things and want to challenge you to think about them as well. What Santa Taught Me About Quiet Success This December, I learned something from Santa. No, not about presents, but about presence. You see, as professionals, it often feels like we’re wearing the Santa suit year-round. Behind the scenes, we quietly orchestrate the magic—meeting deadlines, managing people, solving problems, and ensuring everything gets done exactly when it should. And most days? Nobody sees the sleepless nights, the weekend sacrifices, or the strategy behind the sleigh ride. But here’s the thing: while Santa gets to wrap it all up in one night, we show up, every single day—365 days. As the year winds down, I’ve been reflecting on the past 12 months: the hurdles we jumped, the crises we averted, the unexpected wins, and the lessons learned. One key takeaway stands out: 💡 Excellence is built in the unseen moments. It’s the early mornings spent crafting strategies that shape big decisions. It’s the late nights brainstorming solutions to challenges no one else noticed. It’s the countless “don’t worry, I’ll handle it” moments that ensured things stayed on track. It’s knowing that your role—your presence—keeps the entire team moving forward. As 2025 approaches, I’m taking one lesson with me: Your value isn’t diminished because it isn’t loudly celebrated. So, to everyone out there grinding behind the scenes—leaders, strategists, admins, visionaries, and every professional who keeps the ship afloat—I see you. December isn’t just about wrapping up the year; it’s about realizing that every task, every decision, and every effort you made added a brick to the empire you’re building. And if you’ve forgotten how essential you are? Let this be your reminder. Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays! #YearEndReflections #ProfessionalGrowth #ExcellenceInAction #2025Goals #BoxingDayReflections
