Merry christmas and happy holidays! Around 50 young artists put their imaginations to paper in response to the theme of this year's staff children’s drawing contest: “Winter wonderland - what does yours look like?” We'd like to thank everyone who took part! The winning drawing for this year's Christmas card was created by Christoph (8 years old), whose mother works in the Operations Europe department at our Marktredwitz site. We wish everyone a happy and relaxing holiday season!

At Pollen Creatives, my clients aren't just clients – they're partners in a shared vision. 💡🐝💫 As Nicky from VELT Designs beautifully articulated, I treat each brand I work with as if it were my own. From understanding their ethos to crafting content that resonates authentically, I immerse myself in their world to ensure every message reflects their unique identity. Selectivity is key; I only collaborate with brands I believe in wholeheartedly. Nicky's testimony reaffirms the impact of this approach – it's about more than just managing social media; it's about fostering genuine connections and nurturing brands to thrive. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be part of their journey. Together, we're not just creating content; we're building enduring partnerships that drive success! #contentstrategist #digitalmarketing #socialmediamanagement #organiccontent #creativeagency #pollencreatives

Reason 1093736849583027 why I love my job! 🥹🌸💫 I had the pleasure of spending a day with Nicky, the mastermind and artist behind VELT Designs, capturing some breathtaking content and soaking up the beauty of nature. But the real treat? After wrapping up filming, Nicky invited me to join her for some flower printing, it felt like pure meditation. Grateful for the purpose-driven work and blossoming relationships that have come from Pollen Creatives! ** 🖼️💐🎨 Psst... From the music industry to high-end pool design, Ray Corral’s journey is a testament to reinvention. Once a percussionist performing alongside Madonna, Corral found his true calling in the ancient art of mosaics. Today, his Miami-based company, Mosaicist, Inc, has revived the craft by creating intricate, custom designs for the pools of affluent clients like Larry Ellison of Oracle and Arthur Blank of Home Depot. With over 175,000 Instagram followers and more than 300 projects nationwide, Corral’s designs have become a viral sensation. From his early apprenticeship with an Italian mosaic master in Mexico to securing a global team of skilled artisans, Corral’s work embodies precision and artistry. His first major commission—a pool in Palo Alto—launched a career that now includes one-of-a-kind installations inspired by his clients' homes. You know how you walk into an art gallery, and every piece, brushstroke, color choice, and composition tells a story? 🎨 Just like an artist carefully selects their palette to create a masterpiece, 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗹𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗿𝘀. They set the tone for the overall picture. 𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘼𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙨𝙩'𝙨 𝘿𝙞𝙡𝙚𝙢𝙢𝙖: While we can't control how others interpret our art, we can: - 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗳𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 🎯 - 𝗘𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘂𝗺𝘀 🔄 - 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻🤔 So, as you start this week, ask yourself: 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙢𝙖𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙥𝙞𝙚𝙘𝙚 𝙖𝙢 𝙄 𝙘𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜? 🤔 Let’s take a moment to be intentional about the “art” we’re putting out. Each meeting, conversation, and email adds a new layer to our personal canvas. So here’s to making bold strokes, staying true to our colors, and creating impressions that last. ✨ 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁: Connect with Black Professionals Ireland and let's create a gallery of impactful impressions! 🔗https://lnkd.in/endpY-z5 #Professionalism #FirstImpressions #CareerGrowth #BlackProfessionalsIreland #MondayMotivation

Each stamp tells a unique story, often highlighting important figures, cultural milestones, or historical events that have shaped our world. What is Braille? Braille is a tactile representation of alphabetic and numerical symbols using six dots to represent each letter and number, and even musical, mathematical and scientific symbols. Braille (named after its inventor in 19th century France, Louis Braille) is used by blind and partially sighted people to read the same books and periodicals as those printed in a visual font. Braille is essential in the context of education, freedom of expression and opinion, as well as social inclusion, as reflected in article 2 of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
