Here’s how split processing can provide a clear advantage in complex part machining: Reduced Programming Complexity Complex parts often require intricate programming to avoid tool interference. By breaking down the design into independently machinable sections, programming becomes significantly easier. This reduces both programming time and the risk of errors, as each section's path is more straightforward. Improved Machining Precision Split processing helps avoid interference that might arise from highly complex structures. When each part is machined independently, it’s possible to select the ideal fixtures and tools for each segment, reducing errors caused by constrained machining environments and thus maintaining higher precision.
