So much truth in this post. Small business owners quickly figure out they are EVERY DEPARTMENT and responsible for EVERYTHING. If you don't have a process or expertise in an area, you have 3 options: 1) DIY with the proper PLANNING and LEARNING 2) BUY it (the expertise) 3) DO THE MINIMUM through guesswork Think about this in terms everyone understands. If you own a plane which of these options would you entrust your life and well-being to?
