Hi, my name is Amit Ramin, cofounder and CEO of Encore Robotics. So we are excited to announce the Robo park, today's official signing of the Robo Park. So this is a project that is very dear to us. And so the robot park is in association with the Thrissur Jilla Panchayath as well as Kerala Startup Mission. So Thrissur Jilla Panchayat is giving us the land, which is around 10 acres for this project. And Kayla Startup Mission is helping us to connect and support in creating this ecosystem for us. So what is Robo Land? It is having 4. Verticals. The first vertical is the Robo park where it's just like an amusement center where people can come and experience futuristic technologies just like how we are going into Wicca land or at Disneyland. People can come and experience this in very close quarters. It is very interactive in nature, OK. The second one is the academics where people can come and experience and learn these kind of technologies where we believe that just like how we are using laptops and smartphones, these kind of technologies will be very dear to them in the close future. So at that point of time, this will create jobs in the market. So, So Robo Park has four verticals. The first vertical is the Robo land, which is a futuristic experience that people can get just like how they are coming to Disneyland or a Vega land where they coming and experiencing all of this technology where excitement is created, this fun entertainment. This kind of Robo land will create infotainment. People get information and as the same time they can interact with these kind of futuristic. Technologies. So in that we have different zones varying from electronics, mechanical, computer science, AI, robotics, IoT, 3D printing, drones, VR and AR, even autonomous cars as well as EVs, which is the latest technologies. So these kind of zones will give people an experience of how these kind of technologies are evolving and how this is adapting to different industries. So job opportunities in this can be known to them. So this is what we want to. Ensure that people are experiencing from all ages. So once they experience this, they get excited and then they want to study this kind of thing. So we first introduced them to make a space where people can come and do it yourself kind of projects as well as ensure that they can do a lot of hands on learning. Once they are into this, we give them short term to long term courses in the second vertical, which is the academics. So it's not only for engineers or school students, but even doctors, lawyers can come and learn these technologies and how it is impacting their jobs. Because we believe that once they understand this technology, they can do their jobs better and new jobs will be created as well. So that is a job creation process that we are creating in the second vertical. The third vertical is futuristic, which is more into research and development because we believe that we can provide customized solutions to Msmes and corporates. So that we see a lot of efficiency and productivity being increased. So we everyday experience a lot of these kind of solutions that people are coming and asking us and we believe that there is a huge market for this. As well in the long term for the product. And the last is we can't do this all alone. So we need fresh ideas, fresh people to come in. So we incubate a lot of new startups into this every year. And this is how we create an ecosystem and ensure that we are reaching out to the common man and able to change the economy of Kerala as well as India. So this is what Robert Park is. And here we're getting the support of the government in which in the way of providing land as well as they are told a special incentives can be given to us as well once they see the success of. So this is where for us it is a very promising that as a private company from Thrissur, we're getting this kind of an exposure because of Kerala Startup Mission and the Jilla Panchayat.
