As the holidays approach I tend to get reflective lately I’ve been thinking alot about duality... **** The past year has been a defining  one for our work. There have been a lot of shiny moments  this year - awards, new partnerships, program growth. **** And at the very same time, this year has been marked by some very real challenges,  failures, and transitions. In many ways it’s been a hard year, we’ve been tested over and over again and it’s the people - my team, our amazing board, our partners that show up through the highs and lows that sustain the work. 💡 On this platform we tend to brag about our successes and I’m  all for sharing  the wins, but we all know that there is no winning without losing. A leader's impact potential lies in their ability to navigate that duality, to allow the highs and lows to coexist, to hold it all and STILL see the bigger picture. And we’re still here.
