Once you identify, document and start implementing processes done the right way and best way every time, results and profit will come...and you'll be delighting your clients all the meanwhile because your team is no longer using their precious brain power to think through each step of the process, instead, they will be following the process and using their brain power to think of how to make this a WOW experience for their clients.
