Feeling overwhelmed by uncertainty? Remember to focus on what you can control. 🌿 In times of uncertainty, it's easy to get caught up in worry about the future or what others might think. However, shifting your focus to what you can control can empower you and create a sense of stability. Here’s why it matters: 1. Reduces Anxiety Focusing on the things within your control helps to alleviate feelings of anxiety. When you concentrate on actionable steps rather than the unpredictability of life, you create a clearer path forward. 2. Empowers You Identifying what you can control allows you to take proactive steps in your life. Whether it’s your daily routine, how you respond to challenges, or your self-care practices, empowerment comes from action. 3. Enhances Resilience By focusing on controllable aspects, you build resilience. You learn to adapt and respond to challenges in ways that strengthen your ability to cope with uncertainty. 4. Encourages Mindfulness This approach invites you to stay present and appreciate the moment. By letting go of what you can’t control, you can engage more fully with your life as it unfolds. 5. Creates Clarity When you pinpoint what you can control, you gain clarity about your priorities. This focused mindset can help you make more informed decisions and reduce feelings of overwhelm. https://lnkd.in/gbFARHm #mentalhealth #mentalhealthawareness #therapy #tips

It’s understandable if you’re feeling exhausted. Many of us have spent years being told to “suck it up” or to “pull yourself up by your bootstraps” by family, friends, and society. But what happens when you feel like there are no bootstraps left to pull? Instead of bearing down and pushing through, we suggest a more thoughtful approach: use tools to help you work with your body, not against it. Through movement, breathwork, and mindfulness, you can begin to hear the clear messages your body is sending — allowing you to navigate life and stress in a way that doesn’t wear you down. You no longer have to rely on sheer will alone. Our practices can support you in making things a little easier — for your mind, your body, and your nervous system. Visit the link in our bio to explore free tools and start building new “bootstraps” that actually support you. #Viasomatic #YogaTherapy #NervousSystemHealth #Resilience #SelfRegulation #HolisticHealing #WellBeing #StressRelief #MindBodyConnection #BodyAwareness #EmotionalWellness #TraumaRecovery #StartToday

Words shape our thoughts. Thoughts form our habits. And habits define the direction of our lives. Every choice, every word, every action becomes a building block of who we are today. As Gandhi wisely said: “Your beliefs become your thoughts, Your thoughts become your words, Your words become your actions, Your actions become your habits, Your habits become your values, Your values become your destiny.” It all begins with the words we choose. What words are you choosing today to shape your journey? Hi, I’m Dr. Rosa Na, here to help you achieve a healthier, more balanced life through self-healing and self-growth. "I don't feel like doing anything. What's wrong with me?" Have you ever felt this way? I know I have. When tiredness accumulates over time -physical, mental, and emotional fatigue, especially at this time of the year- it’s easy to lose focus on what really matters. Whether it’s the year-end rush at work, the stress of the upcoming holidays, or sad memories of this time of the year, it’s understandable that you feel at the end of your rope. We all have difficult days. If you suffer from clinical depression or are struggling, you may need professional help. Otherwise, you can take a series of steps to renew your energy so we’d like to offer you some ideas on how to get back to being strong, confident and feeling Alive again. 1) Prioritize your health - exercise, sleep, nutrition, meditation... We often take our health for granted or sacrifice our health because everything else is more important. Well, it’s not. When your body is physically healthy and energized, it’s more likely you’ll feel the drive to fulfill your dreams and goals. The more consistently you take care of your body, the better you feel and the stronger the drive. 2) Get creative - So often we get into routines that feel like chores and we dread them. That’s when we can ask ourselves, How can I get more creative? 3) Reach out to your favorite people - On those difficult days, it’s time to reach out to the people in our lives that we enjoy spending time with. Their energy and drive is contagious. Their wisdom and new ideas can be both invaluable and inspiring. 4) Activate your Highest-Self - When you feel a connection between you and your Faith, you change your perspective about the circumstances for the better, you feel more gratitude and look more optimistically towards the future. #LeaderAsCoach #CoachingMindset #KeepingYourSanity #MindFitCoaching
