Bonneté Wines Collection’s Post

I had the pleasure to meet with Chef EJ Lagasse last night at his family restaurant Emeril’s New Orleans after meeting and working with his father, Emeril Lagasse, when I first came to the United States 25 years ago (I remember our first meeting when we tasted and discussed Calvados & Cognac). It was a special moment to have the opportunity to connect with a new generation and therefore continue a relationship and partnership of so many years. New Orleans is also such a special place especially for Francophones, gastronomes and culinary & cocktails’ enthusiasts. We were able to exchange about the culinary scene in New Orleans right now, the recent Bocuse d’Or compétition (held in New Orleans in June) as well as the current and new openings for their restaurant group. We greatly value and appreciate the support of the entire team at “Emeril’s” (Alexandria, Chef Josh) and their group of restaurants of our BCI collection of brands. It means a lot to our team & family. Merci Chef & Team.
