India has achieved a remarkable milestone at the 45th FIDE Chess Olympiad, winning double gold in both the men's and women's events. GMs Gukesh, Arjun, and Praggnanandhaa delivered a dominant performance, with Gukesh’s focus on securing team victory above all else. After coming so close in 2022, the team’s collective drive and resilience made this triumph all the more meaningful. What stands out to me is how these players showed the importance of teamwork, strategic thinking, and persistence. Gukesh’s ability to set aside individual goals for the greater good speaks volumes about leadership and the power of a shared vision. It’s a lesson in how true success often comes from putting the team first and staying focused, even after setbacks. What a proud moment for India and a great lesson in leadership and teamwork! #TeamIndia #ChessOlympiad #LeadershipInAction #StrategyAndExecution

With India's World Cup victory, leadership is a hot topic! Strategy, technique, the team's tenacity, and the captain's grit are all broken down and offered as important lessons. However, it has left me curious. What if things had turned out differently? What if we hadn't won that last game? Then, how would the story have changed? Would we be reading posts about the bowlers' mistakes, the batsmen's inability to move in time, and the captain's poor decisions and failed leadership? Then, would Jadeja, Bumrah, Dravid, Rohit, Kohli, and the rest be praised in the same tune? Perhaps, perhaps not. However, that's the issue. I wonder if the outcome seems to colour our interpretation of everything that preceded it. Here, the most important query is: Do we engage in result-oriented analysis? Do we appreciate lessons learned exclusively from winning? Do we approach learning from failure with the same zeal? Of course, we must acknowledge and applaud our accomplishments. However, there are genuine leadership lessons to be learned from both perspectives. When our team faces defeat the next time, would we be drawing out leadership lessons from our defeat as enthusiastically? I hope. #LeadershipLessons #CricketWorldCup #LearningFromFailure #GrowthMindset #Teamwork #ResultsOriented #WeBleedBlue

How can I mute the ‘lessons from the World Cup victory’? It is great that Team India won the T20 World Cup! There are so many people speaking about the various lessons we can learn from their success. However, why do we look for learning lessons only if a team wins? Why can’t we learn the same lessons even if they lost the match? Winning is great but it is not everything. What really matters is how the team got there - their hard work, teamwork and discipline. These things are far more important than winning or losing. In cricket and in life, we often learn more from the journey than the end result. #india #leadership #sports #pride #motivation

There’s something special about how a #cricket match can teach us lessons far beyond the game. Watching #India dominate #Australia in the first Test at Perth, I couldn’t help but think about how #leadership mirrors the highs and lows we’re witnessing on the field. Let’s talk about #YashasviJaiswal fearless 161 runs. His innings wasn’t just about skill—it was about #focus, #resilience, and turning opportunities into outcomes. It’s a powerful reminder for #leaders: Stay in control, even when the pressure is on. Now let’s flip the script. Australia’s bowlers struggled to adapt, and their body language told a bigger story than the scoreboard. It’s a tough lesson, but an important one: A #team looks to its leaders for #belief and #energy, especially when things aren’t going as planned. Here are a few leadership lessons I’m taking away from this match: 1️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬: Just like Jaiswal’s approach to batting, preparation gives leaders the confidence to perform under pressure. 2️⃣ 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬: Your energy and body language can either rally your team or weaken morale—especially in tough moments. 3️⃣ 𝐀𝐝𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐢𝐬 𝐊𝐞𝐲: India’s ability to outplay Australia shows that staying flexible and adjusting to challenges is essential for long-term success. Whether on the #cricket field or in the #workplace, leadership is about showing up for your team, leading with #confidence, and staying composed when the stakes are high. What’s your go-to strategy for staying focused under pressure? Let’s share and learn together!
