Forgive the awful photo, but it's the only one I got as I was too busy drinking them! Are garnishes/aesthetics important to you when it comes to drinks? Are you a strict recipe follower? For Christmas Eve, I made White Cosmos garnished with Rosemary Springs and homemade Candied Cranberries. The process of candying cranberries takes about 2.5 hours in total from start to finish, and as someone who personally loathes cranberries, I found it ironic throughout the process that I was taking so much time to work on something I so strongly hate. I have to say, the finished product was 100% worth it; and pro tip: add the finished simple syrup to the recipe to create the ultimate chef's kiss!
