ECHA’s REF-12: Strengthening EU Enforcement on Chemical Imports Implications for Industry The stakes are high for industries that rely on imports into the EU, as REF-12 enforcement will focus on high-risk chemicals. Businesses must ensure full compliance with EU regulations, such as proper labeling, documentation, and restrictions before introducing products to the EU market.
