On 27 Sep 2024, the European Commission published Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2024/2555 amending Annex I to Regulation (EU) 2019/1021 (POPs Regulation). The regulation reduces the limit value for Hexabromocyclododecane (#HBCDD) to 75mg/kg in substances, mixtures, articles or as constituents of the flame-retarded articles.
