What do you want? I was talking to my long-term business mentor and friend, Simon Anderson today and his wise words have stuck with me. As a business owner, you can slide down the slippery slope of being all consumed by your work. The results on the bottom line may look great (or not!). Your business can be scaling, you can be taking on new team members. You can be winning awards, and gaining accolades from your customers and clients. But at what cost? What's the price you're paying for your success? Perhaps it's your hobbies. Your relationships. Your health. Which brings us back to Simon's question - 'what do you want'? Because only when you answer that question can you prioritise what matters the most.
