Heh. It's hard not to appreciate this level of petty. Especially seeing as how anyone reading this knows exactly how that would play out if they had spoken up and solved the issue, saving the company those millions. They'd get a $25 gift card to some local coffee shop (would be Timmy's up here) and a hearty 'Good job!" And it would end there. Yep, that $25 gift card would sure help me put some more food in my fridge, or help me pay ALL of my utility bills instead of playing the monthly "Who Gets Paid This Month" game, or keep my aged vehicle safely on the road, or to cover that shiny new rent hike or mortgage increase... Meanwhile, I just saved the company $18M, so now I get to sit back and enjoy an announcement in the next quarterly internal newsletter informing us all that due to "cost savings initiatives" and "stellar leadership last quarter", the execs will be giving themselves raises AND a $250K bonus. Good job, gang! Yes, we ALL know exactly how that would play out. I've been a participant in this game as well. Too many times in fact, but one that sprung to my mind was when I spotted an inconsistency in a thing and reported it, with my findings, to my supervisor only to be told, "Yeah this isn't what you think it is. Nothing to see here." Only to have it all blow up just a week or so later, and an all-hands-on-deck situation happened...as I suspected it would...and I was the FIRST person to point out that I already covered this more than a week ago (you know - BEFORE it was a full blown issue) and here's all my findings again, you know in case you misplaced the copy I provided to you previously...and I've nothing more to say about it. The way I see it - my level of interest in your company and how I can save it money, is equal to the amount of interest you show me in paying me suitably for those value-adds I can provide.

December has its own significance in a year and everyone will go to festive mood to invite Merry Christmas and happy new year. As a matter of fact, people will be in holiday and vacation mood. Most of them will be busy in pleasure trips with near and dear in and around the world. People will celebrate with cakes, flowers, fruits, and other gifts to offer as part of their tradition. December invites winter and say good bye to the old year and welcome to the new year with aspirations, fun and joy. They expect and pray The Almighty to fulfill their needs and requirements with their efforts in new year. Let us wish the new year cheers everyone and gives peace to the rest of the world. Peace and prosperity is our priority. Where there is peace there is growth and development. We are humans. Let us behave as human beings. Human values are utmost important. They save us from all corners at all times on all occasions in every step of our journey. Hopes and aspirations are part of the process. We hope to happen good. We act to complete the tasks in time. We plan and execute better and the best. We wish good health and wealth to prosper better in real life. Life is like a game play it. Life is like a journey move on! Movement gives action. Action gives results. Results are ultimate. Success is a journey not the destination.

I reflect not just on the "difficult" times, but on the immense resilience it has taken to still be here, trying. Despite everything, I am proud of myself for continuing to fight for my place in society.One of the hardest realities I face is the fact that I remain completely unemployed. I worked hard, aspired,& deserved for this situation to have transformed by now. Yet, systemic barriers & deeply ingrained injustices have kept me from achieving the opportunities I longed for.This year has been marked by profound challenges:Exclusion and institutional abuse that undermined my potential.Racism, lookism, and discrimination that have tarnished my experiences.Wrongful detainment and medical neglect that violated my basic rights.Defamation and betrayal from those I once trusted.Living with chronic illness has only added to these struggles, further highlighting the need for a society that sees and supports its most vulnerable. To all those who have felt unseen, betrayed, or pushed aside: your strength & yoour story matters.
