Regardless if the victim-/survivor has a disability or not - sexual harm to any person, any gender, any impairment or not is inexcusable, not laughable, or a joke. The fact that people attempt to humour women sexually harming men/boys - eg: “oh he would’ve liked it” “she can do it to me, I won’t complain” etc; is preventing our tāne from having the strength to speak up to ask for support. Gendered stereotypes are lame, boring, outdated and harmful. It prevents Tāne from feeling as though their harm will be believed, and is just a joke, too. Perhaps this “humour” is their way of disassociating from their own experiences of harm to avoid vulnerability or whether they are just extremely uneducated, they have mates that laugh at their ‘jokes’ or join in, maybe their frontal cortex hasn’t quite found the maturity switch yet - i beg for the “mates”, colleagues, family members, anyone - to be an upstander and start to challenge these behaviours and comments when you hear them. Whilst we have a whole generation of adults that don’t understand why this language is harmful and label us “woke” - I do have hope knowing that we are in the schools every day, teaching our rangatahi about this and teaching them ways to be an upstander. One example I like to use if your friend makes a harmful comment is (in a calm, assertive tone): “I feel uncomfortable when jokes are made about situations that are not a laughing matter. Can you please tell me more about why you feel that way or what you were meaning?” Thanks for sharing Richie Hardcore and being a voice, educator and advocate in this space. "Grooming" is when a perpetrator builds an emotional connection with a child to gain their trust as a way to commit sexual abuse. They are manipulative behaviors used to coerce them to agree to the abuse, and reduce the risk of being caught. When discussing child sexual abuse and exploitation (#CSA), the vocabulary must be respectful of victims and survivors, and should not diminish the severity of the crime. 📖 Inaccurate or inappropriate terms can harm victims and survivors by reinforcing stigma, leading to inadequate legal responses, and discouraging help-seeking. ❗ Terms, such as ‘pornography’, imply consent, while ‘child sexual abuse material’ (#CSAM) highlights the abusive nature of the depicted content. 💚 Protect Children advocates for clear consistency in the use of terminology that describes sexual violence against children to meet the best interests of the child. 📝 Read more about the importance of the correct terminology in our new blog post! Sexual abuse is one of the trauma types experienced by children. Under the laws of Colorado, sexual misconduct against a child is defined as: any conduct that is engaged in for the purpose of the sexual arousal, gratification, or abuse of any person, and that constitutes any of the following: (a) A first-degree misdemeanor or a felony offense; (b) Human trafficking for sexual servitude; (c) A federal sex offense as defined in the federal “Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act”; (d) Obscene visual representations of the sexual abuse of children, as described by federal law; (e) Transfer of obscene material to minors, as described by federal law; or (f) Attempt or conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of children or by force, fraud, or coercion, as described in federal law. Asymetric warfare: funding holistic and mindfulness based and proven approaches using a grassroot based corporate goverance model. Basically optimizing their existing corporate models. Run them out of business. The above provides a framework towards reform within a capitalist society. Using proven and holistic based interventions and an optimized corporate model - you align with existing legislative barriers due to corrupt politicians. These were models Satyam Studio was exploring to reform the for profit prison indstury but scalable. Still - there is a need for constitutional reforms. My program had certain objectives. It exposed to corruption and foreign adversaries because it allowed me identify certain security vunerabilities and document corruption. UnitedHealth Group was one of such institutions documented. My trials started around September, 2022 an it continues where I faced severe psychological warfare but the trials were layered where I acessed certain information after I passed each level. While Canada and America lost control of my project to BRICS - I still was able to capture signifcant documentations. So - given the weight of my story - I will like to call for a decentralized Constitutional Convention. I am confident we will built the 2/3rd majority required for constitutional changes. We need a democratic, grassroots driven and inclusive Convention to modernize America’s constitution and institutions. Fundamentally - only a hoilistic, and inclusive process can ensure improve goverence efficiency because legisations are signifcantly interconnected. However - such an undertaking is signifcant. There will be a lot of moving pieces - but, its a platform to also have a conversation about 4th industries. For example - intergration of smart contracts on the blockchain - and development of a decentralized digital infrastructure. I am trying to convince JPMorganChase to help secure $8 trillion USD - and I have enough documentation to call for similar referundum in Canada, Sri Lanka and Tamil Nadu (India). $8 trillion USD towards a a negociation. Its about securing legisative (goverance) capacity. Then use a similar model via grassroots including Universities to built a new Global Consensus. In short - we put a new path for humanity and global order using an inclusive, democratic and decentralize model. The fortification of the centres is about supporting the construction of a new security order - hence, there is a need for state-of-the art legislation. 4th industries means improved #transparency, #accountability, #traceability and a grassroots approach is a pathway towards ethical and adaptive legislative framework supporting 4th industries. Such a Global Consensus for a new security framework allows us to mint $500 trillion USD coin. (a) Full or partial global debt structuring (b) Phased investments up to $10 trillion USD / year (c) Assert USD as dominant reserve currency.
