We've been talking about FOMO a lot recently. It drives so many marketing strategies. It's part of the reason people in Sydney Australia recently waited in line for hours for a stale Crumbl cookie and paid $17.50(AUD) for the pleasure of doing so (google that story if you haven't heard about it... it's willllllld). But here's an interesting tidbit: Did you know that 60% of people will make a purchase only 24 hours after having experienced some form of FOMO? 😮 Listen... it works! Check out our recent podcast or blog post if you want to learn more about the power of FOMO in marketing. #marketing #trustmarketing #justtrustme #fomo #crumblsydney #crumblcookies

Talking to Ákos Csermely is like traveling back in time and exploring the future together. I always enjoy these conversations with him. This time, we didn't just have lunch and chat; we recorded our conversation in a podcast. We discussed: How can an agency still find its footing when a client handles programmatic media buying in-house? How can the marketing of domestic marketing be evaluated? In which groups of advertising spaces is the country lagging, and in which are we strong? Is collaboration with global partners a curse or a blessing? Why do we welcome price increases? Should we collect data into platforms? Has the time for personalized advertising arrived? What new innovations are we testing? Enjoy listening to it! #Marketing #Podcast #FutureTrends #Advertising #PersonalizedAdvertising #Innovation #PublicisMedia #RebootHungary https://lnkd.in/dVV9jj36

Congratualtions to the second winner of The Chutes... Ginsters, for their tasty ‘Taste The Effort' campaign (extended advert available in comments). To hear how they made the work that worked so incredibly well, listen to the short masterclass from Marketing Director Emma Stowers, chatting to Joe Glover and Giles Edwards in Episode 2 of ‘The Chutes podcast'. Emma explains how research bluntly revealed where to focus, "It was like a dagger to my heart. I was completely shocked because the nation's view of it was, well, it's a bit crap really, isn't it?". Hear why and how they briefed their agency, "we took them down to the farm...", how they broke category norms, positioned Ginsters' quality produce for success, and brought wheelbarrows worth of humour and wit with the magnificent 'Merryn' to achieve incredible commercial results. 🪂 Available wherever you get your podcasts. [ICYMI, The Chutes uses sales data, System1’s creative testing, and Tracksuit’s brand tracking to celebrate ‘work that works’ – real audiences, real reactions.] _ Follow The Chutes for more work that works. Thank you so much to Corrina Owens and Taylor Young for inviting me onto their awesome podcast! It was a privilege and an absolute blast. 🙌 I really enjoyed being able to couple my marketing experience with many years of 'you talk too much' to hopefully provide a few insights into how I personally approach Demand Generation Marketing 😃 #Marketing #DemandGeneration #MarketingStrategy #SalesEnablement
"If you as a business are genuine in your approach, that makes a difference." Taylor & I were thrilled to have Dany Rastelli 👨🏽💻 Rastelli, Global Head of Marketing and Communications at Pole Star Global, on the pod to hear about how he's building marketing revenue streams for a highly underserved industry—the maritime industry. Dany talks about: → Building content for your advocates and customers—there's a difference. → Fostering SMEs—a RACI-like framework for producing content. → Generating a multi-channel approach to demand generation—spoiler alert, these channels cannot work in isolation. Dany, thank you for joining us, you reminded us why we love being in marketing in the first place. As always, thank you to Tristan Pelligrino & Justin Brown, and the entire team at Motion for collaborating with us on this podcast we're creating for our community. We couldn't do this without you! If you listened and enjoyed it, please consider giving us that ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ review & follow us wherever you listen to your podcasts so you never miss an unsung heroes story again. 😊

I'm diving into CRO content so I can learn to "think like a CRO." I recently found Michelle Benfer, the SVP of Revenue at BILL, and listened to her episode of the Coach2Scale Podcast with Matt Benelli. 🎙️ Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/eGsDB3GC My key takeaway: ✨ Data is what points you in the direction of how to coach more effectively! ✨ As a CRO, Michelle likes to track the following data points: - What's the rep's average deal size, - What's their conversion rate - What is their pipeline coverage - Where are they to their number, month to date Michelle says data is a great "precision indicator." Another favorite takeaway? If you're a leader, you have to set the tone that data = insights. Data doesn't say whether you're "good" or "bad," it just tells you how you're operating and benchmarks you against others. As a marketing manager for a #RevOps company, I found Michelle's episode really insightful to inform how CROs *actually* talk about data and metrics. (There were so many sports team references...I may have to brush up in that department! 🙈) Overall, I'm glad I found the episode and got to hear firsthand about the importance of using data to drive success from sales reps. Do you have a favorite CRO or another piece of content I can learn from? I'd love to make this a series as I continue to explore the voice and point of view of the CRO! 📈
