Our logo was thought out clearly! The ❤️ represents the United women and men who love our community. The 🙌 are the desire to lift up each other, our community of women, and students. Our mission is still very clear. Supporting Women in business and giving students a clear supportive environment to succeed in class and in their career choice. How do we do it? 1) Collaboration with the Community and SBA on the needs for women in business. 2) Conversations and direction from schools on what their girls need. 3) Scholarships 10-20 each year for driven and underserved girls. 4) Research and data 5) Uniting all people - leaving no one out! Cherchez La Femme While actively cultivating donor prospects from all different socio-economic backgrounds, Eskin Fundraising Training advises our learning community partners of professional and volunteer non-profit leaders to double down efforts on the more generous gender.  Women will soon have more money than men for the first time in history -- and led by MacKenzie Scott and Melinda Gates are at all levels of the economy are proving that they are more philanthropic. As we were reminded by Fortune for the first time in history, women are on the verge of controlling the majority of personal wealth. The unprecedented transfer of wealth to women is projected to reach $30 trillion in the next decade. What is unprecedented about that figure is certainly how much wealth will be transferred, but even more importantly, how women will direct that wealth. Women spend more money on their families and their households and on socially responsible products. Across income levels and generations, women are more likely to give and give more than their male counterparts. With women at the helm of financial decision-making, a future of philanthropy is projected that is collaborative, joyful, democratic, and rooted in trust. 

Major shoutout to an org that's seriously doing the work: @Good To Be Good Foundation 🙌🏾 I love their new Equality in Every Cycle campaign - providing essential menstrual products and services to women, girls, and priority communities when they need them most 🩸 Good to Be Good is a women-led, grassroots nonprofit is all about fighting for gender equity, human rights, and supporting marginalized women and their families—and honestly, I couldn’t be more aligned with their mission 🤎 As a Black woman, community and empowerment are huge for me. Seeing a foundation that’s out here advocating for women, offering crisis relief, and pushing for real change is everything. They’re breaking down barriers, fighting for mental health support, and making sure no one gets left behind. This group is all about dignity, respect, and giving people the tools they need to thrive—no matter their background. And honestly, we need more of that in the world right now. Their dedication to women's rights and human rights hits close to home, and I’m beyond proud to support them.

Today I choose to focus on unity — embracing what we can do and control and finding ways to come together for the greater good. I can't believe this event is just a week away! I am truly grateful to Tonya Major Gauff for nominating me and to Step Up for this honor. Receiving this award isn't about me — it's an opportunity to spotlight a mentorship nonprofit dedicated to guiding girls and those who identify with girlhood toward their unique visions of success. Through structured mentorship programs, focused support, and inspiring connections, Step Up helps girls define and achieve their unique visions of success. My commitment to living as a servant leader is driven by a passion for making a difference, not by political outcomes. Giving back has always been my way to foster unity and remind us of our power to create transformative change. I remain hopeful that together, we can inspire a new generation of young women to embody courage and hope. Even if you can't make it to the dinner, please consider making a donation.
