It’s one of those silent blessings that we often take for granted, overshadowed by the hustle and bustle of everyday life. We push our bodies to their limits, neglecting the subtle signs that call for care and rest. Yet, when illness strikes or an injury occurs, the world comes to a screeching halt. The simple pleasures of life—walking in the park, playing with children, even just getting out of bed—suddenly transform into monumental challenges. It’s in these moments of vulnerability that we realize the true value of good health. It is the foundation upon which all our aspirations are built. Without it, our dreams and ambitions crumble under the weight of physical limitations and pain. Good health is not just the absence of disease, but a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being. It is the energy that fuels our passions, the resilience that carries us through tough times, and the balance that keeps us grounded. So, cherish your health while you have it. Make time for exercise, nourish your body with wholesome food, and give yourself the rest you need. Prioritize preventive care and listen to what your body tells you. Remember, health is a precious gift that cannot be replaced once lost. Invest in it wisely and live each day with gratitude, knowing that your well-being is the cornerstone of a fulfilling life.

Can we just decide to be happy? Yes! And here’s how even when there seems to be an influx of crap flowing your way! Follow this method every day for 30 days and I can guarantee a huge shift in your vibration and happiness. 1. Don’t fuel any fires by joining in the negative talk, either verbally with others or within your own head. 2. Write down what the issues are that are currently worrying you and analyse what you can do to avoid or find a solution. 3. Say what you are grateful for morning/ afternoon / before sleep. Eg. Your home/ friends/ family / clothes/ food / nature / pets. Now close your eyes and feel this feeling of gratitude. 4. Practice self love - nature walks - self care - be present with people - enjoy their company and laughter. Watch your vibration raise - your health will improve and you will feel much happier! ❤️

Falling in love with your life is essential to live a worthwhile, purposeful, and satisfying life. Just by changing our goals, habits, and routines we can eliminate boredom and nurture interest and happiness. The best time to set goals is when you’re unhealthy because at that time we give health our first priority. If not we would give health the last priority. We don’t know when we leave this world and everyone’s time is ticking away fast. Rather than living this volatile life in misery, depression, comparisons, or overthinking, it’s better to live a peaceful life just by focusing on ourselves. We need not to do 100 things at a time. Make sure that what you do, do it with your full focus and attention and that’s how you fall in love with your life.

Why Rewrite Our Goals Every Month? 🔄✨ For those who set goals, it's like restarting our plans and getting ready for new challenges every month—a big change. Think about it: Just as you wouldn't start a long car trip without checking your GPS, monthly goals are like your map. Refreshing them? It's like updating your GPS so it's accurate. Each month is a chance to figure out what's most important. It's about remembering why we do things and focusing on small things that make us happy—like being kind, laughing, having fun, resting, being healthy, being thankful, and enjoying nature.🌟🌈 For me, it's a reminder to enjoy life's moments instead of rushing through them. And rewriting goals helps me stay focused on that. So, let's keep it simple. Rewrite those goals for April—it's like giving ourselves a little pep talk, reminding us of what we want to do. Believe me, even small changes can make a big difference. Here's to doing what makes us happy April! 💖✨ PS. I recently made a guided prayer for Wellness & Healing. Why not give it a try👇 https://lnkd.in/dFkVR8cG

I was at church today & one of the phrases the pastor used was ‘discipline leads to delight.’ Discipline is extremely hard on the front end. You don’t feel like it. You’re not motivated. You have other things on your mind. This spans every aspect of our lives, but especially our health. Getting up early to work out even though all you wanna do is lay in bed & get more sleep. Taking the time out to cook meals instead of stopping at the drive thru on your lunch break. Having someone hold you accountable to bettering your health instead of keeping everything to yourself. It is much easier on the front end to live an undisciplined, unaccountable life. But it becomes hell on the back end. I could just talk about the X’s & O’s of health, but that would fall short of the reasons it’s so important to me. My faith calls for a high level of discipline across all aspects of life. How I take care of my body & mind being one of them. A more disciplined version of myself is a better leader, coach, husband, father, disciple. And believe it or not, getting your health in order is a HUGE catalyst for living a more disciplined, fulfilling life all around. Make a plan to do one thing for your health tomorrow. And get it done no matter what happens. Watch how much confidence & energy it gives you. Then do it again then next day. Lets have a great week ahead 🤙🏾 — Every week I send free tips helping you get healthy & fit in practical & sustainable ways. Get this weeks guide here: https://lnkd.in/dhTjsHBC

Until tomorrow, it’s still winter. ❄️ Can you believe that in two weeks, we’ll be in the second quarter of 2024, already? If you’ve been feeling exhausted, busy, unfulfilled, numb, angry, or anxious lately, you aren’t alone. We are in a period of transition—one that often goes unnoticed. The change in seasons is happening tomorrow, but we have all been conditioned to jump to the next thing so quickly without properly acknowledging the ending and beginning. When we do that, we not only miss out on integration but can also experience a time-induced type of whiplash. Pausing to reflect and integrate will help us see the bigger picture, gain perspective, cultivate wisdom, and gain clarity on our emotions, behaviors, and what we really want. Because we already have SO much on our already too long “to-do list”, taking time to “reflect” can feel self-indulgent. Yet, I would argue it’s needed to ground us in this fast-paced world. We are on a life journey, and things that we have known and relied on are changing. And so are we. You’re invited to my Spring Equinox Ritual and Circle on Thursday. It's a sacred pause to reflect on what the past season was about for you, uncover your soul's nudges, and seek out your equilibrium so you can intentionally step into spring. We are entering the season of potential and new beginnings. It’s the start of the growing season, and it’s time to plant new seeds and initiate action. So what will spring bring forth in your life? This is what we get to reflect on together on Thursday. It’s part reflection, part ritual, part community circle. We’ll emerge into this new season with the warming energy 🌼 and connection of other supportive people. It will recharge your energy and your spirit. https://buff.ly/3wSSu32

The big irony of life is that we realise the importance of something only when it is not there with us. As an example when we are hale and hearty and doing well in life, we don’t think how much blessed we are. We don’t feel thankful that it’s a blessing to be alive. We don’t count our blessings. We rather give too much of importance on nitty and gritty things and pay attention to things that are quite irrelevant. We don’t understand the fact that how lovely it is to feel healthy. On the other hand, we realise the importance of good health only when it is lost or we face some health related issue. We then realise how important it is to be alive. How important it is to have all our organs functioning well. How important is to be there with our family, roof over our head, food on our table and clothes to wear. Let’s learn to value things that we have in our life. Let gratitude be our way of life. Let’s not wait for life’s challenges to teach us gratitude. Let’s not waste our time on complaining, cribbing and gossiping about others. Let’s learn to focus our attention on doing constructive things in life. #sharingmythoughts #mondaymotivation #positivity #inspiration #gratitude #valuethings #valuepeople #valuerelationships #valuegoodhealth #countyourblessings #wisdomoftheday

Who else has noticed how fast the days are flying by? It feels like January was just yesterday, and now we’re already approaching the end of the year! As we near the end of quarter 3, I’ve set a few goals for this new month, and I’d like to share them with you: ↪ Keep waking up at 5 am six days a week. ↪Finish reading the book of Proverbs. ↪Get to bed by 10 pm every night. ↪Lift weights consistently 4 days a week. ↪Limit screen time to a maximum of 3 hours per day. ↪Stay off social media until all my tasks are completed every day. Do you have any goals set for this month? Do you write them down? Remember, written goals become an objective, while spoken goals are just wishes. I like to set my goals right at midnight as the new month begins. What about you? I wish you all a very productive and blessed month ahead! Cheers, B 🥂 #happynewmonth #nutritioncoach #healthversations
