If you had pumped your shoulder pad to enjoy this weekend since its salary week, deflate it ASAP! 👀 Follow this instead 👇 I had a fascinating chat with someone yesterday about the power of curiosity and keeping an open mind💡 The person shared how subscribing and taking the time to read various newsletters has transformed her creative process exposing her to different perspectives and industries, thereby constantly fueling her idea generation. This got me thinking; 🤔 How often do we limit ourselves by focusing solely on our industry? 🤔 How we're not growing as should due to our inability to maximise the availabile resources and information. So, this weekend, why not explore something new? It could be a podcast, a book, a hobby, or even going through some of the newsletters you subscribed to. You might be surprised at the fresh ideas that emerge. Let's make learning a habit! 📚 P.S: Me and my favourite backdrop are wishing you a happy weekend 🤗 #learning #personaldevelopment #weekendvibes #hr #growthmindset
Thank you!!! I've been drawn into the podcast ecosystem for months now. The level of deep insights one can access in just an hour or two is crazy! I'm talking mind moulding and life changing stuff. The ones I've really found helpful are those by: - The Futur And if one doesn't have the time, shorts and reels can be quite effective. YouTube's algorithm has really favoured me some dope shorts 😅.
The trait of thoughtfulness in action or decision brought about this post🙂. I, too, love the backdrop. Exploring something new is the first step to thinking outside the box and is necessary for growth in business. Too many people are in the box already. Curiosity and being open-minded to learning are important skills. Thanks for sharing, Chisom, and happy weekend.
I enjoy newsletters and podcasts. I learn a lot from those. Even BBC news on some topics. It should be part of us, exploring something new. I'll plan to listen to a podcast this weekend though. That's an amazing perspective Chisom Onwuekwe
Exploring something new beyond your niche is a must. It gives exposure and expands our knowledge about things. Have a great weekend, dear. #Adoor

5moBefore now, I didn't fancy newsletters much because I thought they spammed my mail box, not allowing me see 'important' messages. Since I became intentional about my subscriptions, I realised most of them are interesting 👌
