In turbulent times, it’s crucial to remain steady. Nothing illustrates that better than the incident with the Max 9s, where part of the airplane malfunctioned mid-flight. I used this scenario recently with a client, who was struggling with a major reorg they were overseeing. In current world this scenario unfortunately "less likely" exist. We are seeing chaos around the world where successful industries like automobile, telcom and other manufacturing, service buisnesses has seen recent downfall due to annual operating deficits. In few surveys, it is found that most of the companies has seen the downfall due to lack of right people, right leadership and lack of inspirations to his people on adopting new technology and keeping the fundamental values alive for achieving some great results. The " less likely" can be turned into "likely" by putting right people in the leadership to create an environment which can challenge the status quo by giving space same time to the core fundamental values and to the new flavours of technology revolution for incredible results. Authentic leadership(rarely found) always put people first and empowering his team is their first priority - this allows them to get highest level of intellectual thoughts.
