The perfect LinkedIn x Holiday season story - the "Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer Business Model." (ok, work with me here; it will make sense). We all know the story - little Rudolph guided Santa sleigh thru a foggy Christmas Eve to deliver all the presents to all the kids around the world. And the rest went down in history. Think about how this story sits with us today - many of us can recite that entire song in an instance; we have for decades (cough). Rudolph is the most famous of all Santa's reindeer, pulling the entire team to success, and, most of all, for Santa. Now imagine Santa is the business. Or maybe the revenue goals for the year. You've got plenty of product people are interested in - there's Donner and Blitzen, Prancer and Vixen; all important, different and unique. You want everyone to know about all the other 8 reindeer and their offerings, cuz they are each really cool, they are stronger, have something really cutting edge about them....but there is one that just seems to pull the entire 'portfolio' through - the one that draws all the attention......that seems to miraculously benefit all the rest, and, most importantly, the biz (Santa - you following so far? 🙃 ). Hey, what if we just let "Rudolph" 'guide the way', to the benefit of all of us?? So, when you are coming up with your biz plans for 2025 (and I'm sure they are all amazing), remember that it was just one tiny, but impressively memorable 'product', that help lead the entire business to success on one foggy Christmas Eve. And maybe that model will make your business truly memorable one night too. Happy Holidays everyone. #thinkingbigger #marketing #christmas #rudolph #productstrategy #creativethinking

🎄 How Salespeople Spend Christmas Vacation: 🎁 Ah, the holiday season—a magical time of joy, family, and trying not to check your CRM while pretending to enjoy eggnog. Here’s how we really spend Christmas vacation: 1️⃣ Day 1: You swear you’ll “totally unplug this year.” Five minutes later, you’re drafting a follow-up email with the subject line: “Re: Closing Before Year-End (Santa Approved 🎅).” 2️⃣ Family Dinner: Aunt Susan asks, “So, what do you do again?” You start explaining your sales pipeline...and suddenly you’re pitching her on why she should switch to your product. She just wanted to pass the gravy. 3️⃣ Holiday Movies: While everyone’s crying at It’s a Wonderful Life, you’re busy wondering what George Bailey’s lifetime customer value might be if Bedford Falls had a SaaS product. 4️⃣ Gift Wrapping: That perfect bow? It’s a metaphor for the deal you almost closed last week. But don’t worry—you’ll “circle back” in Q1. 5️⃣ The Big Christmas Light Show: You’re outside admiring the neighborhood lights and suddenly think: "I should map this route into my sales territory planning..." 6️⃣ Midnight on Dec. 31: While the world’s counting down, you’re refreshing your dashboard one last time, whispering, “Come on, just one more closed deal. Please, Santa, I’ve been so good this year!” Sales never truly takes a vacation—because revenue goals don’t rest. But hey, we wouldn’t have it any other way. 💪 What’s the funniest “salesperson” thing you’ve caught yourself doing over the holidays? Drop it in the comments. Let’s laugh through the Q4 chaos together! 😂 #SalesLife #HolidayHumor #CRMonChristmas

This Christmas Eve, a Moment to Reflect As the world slows down for just a moment, Christmas Eve gives us the chance to pause, reflect, and connect. It’s been a year of challenges, bold moves, and lessons learned. A year of growth, sometimes messy, often unpredictable, but always meaningful. And as we sit on the cusp of a new year, here’s what I know for certain: The greatest success comes from clarity and focus. The boldest decisions are the ones that move us forward. And the most important connections are those built with purpose, not noise. This Christmas, take a moment to think about: The people who’ve supported and inspired you this year. The bold moves you’re proud you made and the ones still waiting for you. The impact you want to create in 2025, not just in business but in life. Whether you’re celebrating with family, friends, or taking some quiet time for yourself, I hope this season brings you joy, peace, and the clarity to step boldly into the year ahead. Merry Christmas, and thank you for being part of this journey. Here’s to a brighter, bolder future for all of us. - Matt #MerryChristmas #BoldDecisions #ClarityAndFocus #Gratitude

Okay, it’s not really Christmas Eve yet, but what would the holidays be without your favorite stories? A Christmas Carol, The Nutcracker, How the Grinch Stole Christmas…we could go on and on. Even if you’ve watched Elf or Home Alone a hundred times, you’ll probably going to watch them again. Why? Because they’re familiar, they’re tradition, they’re funny, they’re what help the holidays feel like holidays. Stories are POWERFUL. (That’s why they’re so good at marketing. But we’ll save the shop talk for another time.) What are you going to watch or read tonight? #digitalmarketing #storybrand #website #coloradospringsmarketing #brandmessaging #COSmarketing #moxietonic #marketinginsights #marketingtips
